PLAIN-ENGLISH POLICY

Privacy Policy

Effective 28 August 2026

The short version

Pack the Ute does not require an account, collect personal information, use analytics, show advertising or send gameplay data to a developer-controlled server.

Information stored on your device

The app stores a small amount of game information locally on your iPhone:

  • Your best star score for each level and which levels are unlocked.
  • Your sound-effects preference.
  • Your haptics preference.

This information is used only to remember your progress and settings.

Information we collect

The current version does not collect names, email addresses, location, contacts, identifiers, photos, payment details, gameplay analytics or advertising data.

In-app purchases

Pack the Ute offers an optional one-time purchase through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the purchase and payment. The developer does not receive or store your card details, Apple Account credentials or billing information.

Apple's StoreKit service provides the app with signed transaction and entitlement information so it can unlock purchased levels and restore access. This information is handled by Apple and checked on your device; Pack the Ute does not send it to a developer-controlled server.

Sharing and third parties

Because Pack the Ute does not collect personal or gameplay data, the developer does not sell or share that information with advertisers, analytics providers or data brokers.

Apple provides App Store distribution and purchase processing and handles information according to Apple's own privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

Game progress remains on your device until you reset it from the app's Settings screen or remove the app. Your device's normal backup behaviour may also preserve app data.

Children's privacy

Pack the Ute does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. The game contains no chat, account creation or user-generated content.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated before any release that introduces analytics, advertising, online accounts or another feature that changes how information is handled. The effective date above will also be updated.
