Practical help for getting your cargo safely down the road.
Stuck on a load?
Use Reset to return every item to the packing area. Open the level briefing again and work through each badge before trying to perfect the balance.
An item will not fit
Cargo cannot overlap another item, the tray walls, wheel arches or fixed equipment. Select the item and use Rotate; long timber must remain pointed toward the cab.
I cannot add another strap
Place and select the marked cargo first. If every available strap has been used, drag an existing strap by its centre buckle so one strap crosses more than one item.
The eggs or cake keep breaking
Put them inside an open esky and close it, or leave enough space behind them that loose heavy cargo cannot slide forward. Rougher roads need a larger safety gap.
I passed but only earned one or two stars
One star means something arrived wet, damaged or unsecured. Two stars means everything arrived safely but the weight was not perfectly centred. Replay the job to improve it.
My progress disappeared
Progress is stored on the device. Removing the app or choosing Reset All Progress clears it. Closing and reopening the app normally does not remove earned stars.
I purchased the full game but levels are locked
Open Settings in Pack the Ute and choose Restore Purchases. The purchase gives access to levels 11–60, while levels still unlock in order after you earn at least one star on the previous job. Reset All Progress removes stars but does not remove ownership of the purchase.
The app is not behaving correctly
- Close and reopen Pack the Ute.
- Restart your iPhone and install available iOS and app updates.
- Check Settings inside the game for sound, haptics and version information.
- Before reinstalling, remember that locally stored progress may be removed.
